28. Penalty of Hunting while on Pilgrimage

Narrated by:`Aisha the wife of the Prophet

Narrated `Aisha the wife of the Prophet:Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) called the salamander a bad animal, but I did not hear him ordering it to be killed."

حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي مَالِكٌ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، عَنْ عُرْوَةَ بْنِ الزُّبَيْرِ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ ـ رضى الله عنها ـ زَوْجِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ لِلْوَزَغِ ‏"‏ فُوَيْسِقٌ ‏"‏‏.‏ وَلَمْ أَسْمَعْهُ أَمَرَ بِقَتْلِهِ‏.‏
