56. Fighting for the Cause of Allah (Jihaad)

Narrated Jabir:Once I returned from a journey and the Prophet (ﷺ) said (to me) "Offer two rak`at." (Sirar is a place near Medina).

حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْوَلِيدِ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ مُحَارِبِ بْنِ دِثَارٍ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ، قَالَ قَدِمْتُ مِنْ سَفَرٍ فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏"‏ صَلِّ رَكْعَتَيْنِ ‏"‏‏.‏ صِرَارٌ مَوْضِعٌ نَاحِيَةً بِالْمَدِينَةِ‏.‏
