52. Characteristics of the Day of Judgment, Paradise, and Hell

This hadith has been narrated on the authority of Anas b. Malik through another chain of transmitters, but with a slight variation of wording (and the words are):I shall cause him to enter Hell." (The words subsequent to these) have not been mentioned.

حَدَّثَنَاهُ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ، حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدٌ، - يَعْنِي ابْنَ جَعْفَرٍ - حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ أَبِي عِمْرَانَ، قَالَ سَمِعْتُ أَنَسَ بْنَ مَالِكٍ، يُحَدِّثُ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم بِمِثْلِهِ إِلاَّ قَوْلَهُ ‏"‏ وَلاَ أُدْخِلَكَ النَّارَ ‏"‏ ‏.‏ فَإِنَّهُ لَمْ يَذْكُرْهُ ‏.‏
