51. The Book of Drinks

Narrated by:Ibn Buraidah

It was narrated from Ibn Buraidah, from his father, that:The Messenger of Allah [SAW] forbade Ad-Dubba', Al-Hantam, An-Naqir, and Al-Muzaffat.

أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ، قَالَ أَنْبَأَنَا شَرِيكٌ، عَنْ سِمَاكِ بْنِ حَرْبٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ بُرَيْدَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم نَهَى عَنِ الدُّبَّاءِ وَالْحَنْتَمِ وَالنَّقِيرِ وَالْمُزَفَّتِ ‏.‏ خَالَفَهُ أَبُو عَوَانَةَ ‏.‏
