Sunan Ibn Majah 2245

12. The Chapters on Business Transactions

It was narrated from 'Uqbah bin 'Amir that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said:"There is no contractual obligation after four (days)."

حَدَّثَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ رَافِعٍ، حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ، عَنْ يُونُسَ بْنِ عُبَيْدٍ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، عَنْ عُقْبَةَ بْنِ عَامِرٍ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ قَالَ ‏"‏ لاَ عُهْدَةَ بَعْدَ أَرْبَعٍ ‏"‏ ‏.‏
