Sunan Ibn Majah 3703

33. Etiquette

It was narrated from Bara bin Azib that the Messenger of Allah(ﷺ) said:"There are no two Muslims who meet and shake hands, but they will be forgiven before they part."

حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو خَالِدٍ الأَحْمَرُ، وَعَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ نُمَيْرٍ، عَنِ الأَجْلَحِ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ، عَنِ الْبَرَاءِ بْنِ عَازِبٍ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ ‏"‏ مَا مِنْ مُسْلِمَيْنِ يَلْتَقِيَانِ فَيَتَصَافَحَانِ إِلاَّ غُفِرَ لَهُمَا قَبْلَ أَنْ يَتَفَرَّقَا ‏"‏ ‏.‏
